STAFF TRAINING & SAFETY
All staff are given “on the job training” regardless of their background or previous experience as well as additional training on “safe working practices” and “basic risk assessment techniques”.
We, as a company, also provide our staff with regular reviews and appraisals and endeavour to help our staff work to the best of their ability and achieve their own goals.
